Humour and the Law

Over the past couple of days, I've suddenly taken a renewed interest in the execution of legal proceedings (due to my involvement in a case, of which there will be observations from and comments on once it's all over and done with). In one of those interesting coincidences, I've just been pointed at The Law West of Ealing Broadway, the blog of a district Magistrate in the UK. Going through the archive, I've found Emotional Claptrat to be a particularly good read. Who says lawyers have no sense of humour?
